MOS is comprised of several well-known Michigan-based companies with recognizable names:
- Commercial Equipment Company (CEC)
- The W.S. Reed Company (WSRC)
- Reed Office Systems, Inc. (ROSI)
- Xerographic Solutions (XSI)
- Advanced Document Solutions
In 2002, MOS became one of the many core companies affiliated with Global Imaging Systems (GIS).
In May 2007, GIS was purchased by Xerox Corporation.
These acquisitions strengthened our ability to be Michigan's one-stop source for the latest, quality office equipment technology -- technology that is backed by programs, systems and guarantees designed to help organizations operate more efficiently and make local Michigan businesses more profitable.
